

Singapore January 28th 2010 - The conference was held to put focus on Frontier Markets in Asia, most notably Vietnam, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Thomas Jakobsen, Head of Sustainability at Anpha Capital, made a presentation at the conference over the theme of “Sustainable and Responsible Investments in Frontier Markets”.
The presentation covered the rising trend of Responsible Investments, hereunder the role that the United Nations has played in forming the Principles of Responsible Investing.
Hereafter a long range of specific Environmental, Social and Governance issues to consider when investing in different industries were discussed, together with different strategies for implementing Responsible Investing.
