Anpha Capital has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Thua Thien Hue People’s Committee. Under the Memorandum, Anpha Capital will provide advice on sustainability issues in connection with infrastructure and real estate projects in the province of Thua Thien Hue.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding took place at the Thua Thien Hue Investment Promotion Conference on November 26th 2010. The aim of this conference is to call for more investment flows to Thua Thien Hue Province. The main areas to call for investment include real estate (new urban areas and golden land sites) and infrastructure development of industrial zones, economic zones and hi-tech park.
Thua Thien Hue People’s Committee is committed to ensuring that the planned investments will be implemented in sustainable manner with respect for the people and environment of Thua Thien Hue People’s Committee.
